Activities and others

Mr. Mitani has broad experience with domestic and cross border M&A transactions. In addition to work on these transactional areas, he has specialized in Competition/ Antitrust regulations and recently provides counseling for both individuals and companies in international cartel cases. He also has broad experience in pharmaceutical law and marketing and advertising regulation.

Mr. Mitani has worked on behalf of many international clients. He regularly provides legal advises for clients on general corporate and commercial law matters.
