2016 Interlaw Annual Global Meeting
Momo-o, Matsuo & Namba hosted the 2016 Interlaw Annual Global Meeting in Tokyo, Japan from Wednesday, October 26, 2016 to Sunday, October 30, 2016.
Tokyo's combination of modern convenience and time-honored tradition served as the inspired backdrop to this year's AGM, as did the meeting venue, The Imperial Hotel. Delegates and Guests were treated to an array of compelling programs.
The theme of the AGM was global compliance. A panel of representatives from certain multinational companies spoke on myriad compliance issues and expanding client needs in this area. Delegates had the opportunity to attend a “networking hour” with 80 representatives from 40 Momo-o, Matsuo & Namba clients.
William Hall, President, Ipsos Healthcare Japan Limited, balanced both humor and seriousness in his presentation on the issues and opportunities presented by a rapidly aging society.
A post-conference tour to Kyoto capped off the week in memorable fashion for many Delegates and Guests. Momo-o, Matsuo & Namba is the sole Japan member of INTERLAW. INTERLAW is a top-ranked international law firm network comprised of independent law firms working collaboratively on a “Best Client” basis.
