M&A

We work closely with our clients on the execution of corporate M&A strategies. Many of our attorneys have broad experience in M&A, both domestic and international, and support our clients throughout the entire lifecycle of a transaction. Our work often begins with structuring the transaction, proceeds to due diligence, and then involves negotiations on basic and final agreements, bidding processes and notifications to and/or negotiations with the authorities such as the Japan Fair Trade Commission.
