Tsuyoshi Suzuki, Naoki Takaishi, Ryota Asakura, Sho Tanaka and Naozumi Nozawa have authored "The Essence of Dispute Resolution Practice—A Practical Guide for Legal Departments (Vol. 14) Collection of evidence, etc. (3), Obligation to Submit Documents (1)" which appeared in NBL No. 1315 (June 1, 2026).
Momo-o, Matsuo & Namba served as legal advisor of the Special Committee of HOGY MEDICAL concerning the Carlyle Group’s transaction to take HOGY MEDICAL private. The team was led by partners Tsuyoshi Suzuki, Daiki Higashide, Kohei Sato, and associates Naozumi Nozawa, Naoki Yanachi, etc.
