The Young Japan Association of Arbitrators (YJAA) is an organization under auspices of the Japan Association of Arbitrators. It consists of young practitioners who are interested in arbitration or mediation. The YJAA aims to promote the practice of arbitration and mediation and to provide a platform for the younger generation to meet and exchange best practices. Tsuyoshi Suzuki serves as the President of YJAA and has just been reappointed.
The Asia-Pacific Forum for International Arbitration (AFIA) is an organization providing young practitioners with a forum to discuss issues and developments in international arbitration, with particular focus on Asia-Pacific. Shinichiro Mori serves as the Country Representative of Japan.
