Momo-o, Matsuo & Namba served as legal advisor of the Special Committee of HOGY MEDICAL concerning the Carlyle Group’s transaction to take HOGY MEDICAL private. The team was led by partners Tsuyoshi Suzuki, Daiki Higashide, Kohei Sato, and associates Naozumi Nozawa, Naoki Yanachi, etc.
Daiki Higashide has been promoted to partner in the firm as from January 2025.
