Momo-o, Matsuo & Namba served as legal advisor of the Special Committee of HOGY MEDICAL concerning the Carlyle Group’s transaction to take HOGY MEDICAL private. The team was led by partners Tsuyoshi Suzuki, Daiki Higashide, Kohei Sato, and associates Naozumi Nozawa, Naoki Yanachi, etc.
Ryota Asakura, Kohei Sato and Sho Tanaka have been promoted to partner in the firm as from January 2026.
